Privacy notice

This website is run by Aaron Milne, the owner of Aaron Milne's Bookkeeping in Pittsburgh, PA. For any question about your information, email aaronmilne13@gmail.com or call (412) 417-9410.

The contact form asks for your name, your email address, your phone number (optional) and your message.

Aaron uses what you send only to reply to you and to talk about your bookkeeping. He doesn't sell it or use it for advertising.

The form is handled by Netlify, the company that hosts this website. Netlify keeps a copy of each message in the website's account, emails it to Aaron, and checks it for spam using a service called Akismet.

Your message can be read by Aaron, and by Thomas Carney of Pursuit of Calling LLC, who built this website and looks after it for him. Messages are kept until Aaron decides to delete them, both in the website's form storage and in his email.

If you call or email instead, your details go straight to Aaron.

This site uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party fonts or embeds.

Your browser keeps a few technical notes for this site in session storage, such as where you'd scrolled to, so pages behave as expected. They contain nothing about you and are cleared when you close the tab.

Like any website host, Netlify receives basic technical details such as your IP address and browser type, so it can deliver the pages and keep the site secure.

You can ask Aaron at any time to see, correct or delete what you've sent through this site. Email aaronmilne13@gmail.com or call (412) 417-9410, and he'll reply within 48 hours.
